So here beside our natural capital we created a model unit to work out the flavors offered to us with respect to tradition in parallel applying the highest standards at all stages of the collection of the fruit, the immediate processing of up to storing and transporting all over Greece and the world!!!
With dedication to tradition, inspired by the flavors of the estate we make each batch without haste, using classic recipes in a modern laboratory with the latest equipment.
Each batch is prepared in a small amount of fruit harvested according to their variety the right time. The varieties available are:
For lemons Intertonato, Santa Teresa and Maglino.
For oranges Navalines, Merlin and Sangkouini.
For mandarins klimentines.
Apricots early and Diamantopoulou.
Fresh sultanas and raisins.
The fruits are selected and harvested at the right time, with the right degree BRIX and pH. Transported immediately to the production line, since the farthest tree there is more than one kilometers from our workplace. So they kept all their organoleptic qualities with main emphasis on aroma.
For the Management and all employees of Mylanthos the Total Quality Management (from the tree on the shelf) and the safety of the produced food is not a simple requirement, but our daily responsibility.
Our main commitment is the production and distribution of high quality food and reliability, which meet the needs and wishes of customers, but also to fully meet all appropriate requirements of national and Community legislation.
The safety, health and the quality of products is guaranteed by the rigorous selection and control of both the suppliers and the raw materials that we use with the use of the latest technology equipment and with continuous controls at all stages of production from the experienced and our trained staff in production and quality control.
